Too much beer

My friend was diagnosed to have liver cancer. He’s just 23 years old yet he got this disease. I really want to help him but unfortunately he can’t help himself. I wanted to get him on a alcoholism treatment program. And start the rehabilitation there. Because he can’t seem to ignore beer. I’m afraid after 2-3 years we will lose him. I hope he will change his habit otherwise he would certainly be on coffin soon. I hope he will listen to my advice soon before it’s too late.
