Since I’m more in to traveling around the country staying healthy is one of my concern. Healthy living is what I’ve practiced since I was a child. I don’t drink alcohol much or shall I say I don’t really drink and I don’t smoke as well. Its just that I’ve heard lot of health hazard from these and I don’t want to try them. What makes a living a healthy living? I think healthy foods and proper diet are the key to healthy living.
Have anyone tried Hamptons Diet they say that this is the mixture of South beach diet, The Mediterranean diet and Atkins Diet. It was one of my favorite diet when I feel I’m getting fat. Also a regular excercise will help your heart and your body parts coordinate well.
