I saw Mortgage rates december 2007 on the internet and it seems like it is higher these days. I was surprised because the last time I checked the mortgage refinance loans, it was in the average part. I keep on comparing it because this is how my business is and aside from that, my sister is also asking me about the latest and affordable rates because she is planning to purchase a condominium not later this year. She doesn’t want to stay at my mother’s house anymore because my mom is already old and she feels like she was restraining her from doing all the free stuff that she never did when she was still studying. Like for example, she was not allowed to go out with bunch of friends and stay very late at night. In general, my mother still treats her as her baby that is why I moved out.
