On Hiring People

My brother was transferred to other department of the company he is serving. He is now on human resources department and he is one of the employees who are assigned on hiring people. Being a graduate of a degree in pschology, he assigned to be the one who conducts the initial interviews on the applicants. Their hiring process consists of three stages. Series of examinations, initial interview and final interview.
After passing the hiring process, an applicant should pass the health and safety examination. Health and safety knowledge is required to every employee to reduce accidents and increase company’s profit. A good health and safety records is a responsibility of everyone and once an applicant is deploy in a company, the company also has the responsibility of good health and safety for their people.
